30-Day Return Policy

Items shipped from Vangoa.com can be returned within 30 days from the date the product is purchased in most cases (shipping fee may apply). Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Vangoa.com can be returned to Vangoa store. If you have purchased an item from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

Vangoa.com may test items that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.

All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Vangoa One-Year Limited Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty for this product. All warranties begin from the date the product is purchased.

If a product and accessories develop a fault during the warranty and the fault are due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse then We will repair, replace or refund your product at its own discretion. (Over 30days, cannot refund your product; Over 60days, cannot replace or refund your product).

Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible).

You must tell us what the defect is provided with pictures and videos. Shipping charges may apply, depending on the location.

Vangoa does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. To fix such issue will be charged extra service fee.

Vangoa assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product.

You should afford the shipping fee of returning the product to us, and we offer free shipping of your replacement or exchange product.


Guidelines for charging restocking fees

In some circumstances, we charge a restocking fee when a buyer returns an item.

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return. (Item price does not include shipping costs.)

We calculate the restocking fee when you process the return request.

* Original shipping costs and import duties/taxes are non-refundable.

How To Return

Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact our Customer Service or visit our Online Returns Center and we will guide you through the process. 

Please return the whole product to us and share us the return tracking number, we will check after we receive it. If everything is fine, we will refund you without delay.
