1. Android Users Not Able To Download 4STREAM APP In Google Play Store?
Some Android users may encounter a message in the Google Play Store stating that the “app version is too old” or preventing the installation/update of the 4STREAM App.
This issue is related to Play Store compatibility syncing and may occur on certain devices.
To resolve this issue, please download and install the latest Android version of the 4STREAM App from the link below:
👉 Download the latest 4STREAM App (Android)
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10ue7bFOxqatGv72YevVCl776HDmtDlf-?usp=drive_link
After installation, you should be able to use the app normally.
If the issue persists, please contact Vangoa Support with the following:
l Your phone model and Android version
l Screenshot of the Play Store error
l Region / country of your Google account
2. If your device doesn’t connect?
l Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz network (5GHz is not supported on some models).
l Keep your device within 5 meters of the router during setup.
l Resetting your device to factory settings in the 4STREAM App: Open the App's device list > Tap the gear icon to enter device settings > Select Speaker Info > Tap Restore to Factory Settings.
l Restart your device and try again.
l If the LED is not blinking, reset the device by holding the WPS button for 5 seconds.
3. What can I do if my APP or 4Stream App can’t find the device?
l Make sure your network is available and the device is powered on properly.
l Check whether the screen on the device is lit up.
l Make sure your smartphone/tablet and P30 WiFi Amp are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
l Make sure you have the latest version of the APP or 4Stream App on your device.
l Try restarting your smartphone/tablet, P30 WiFi Amp, and router.
l If still can’t find, reconfigure the device to the network
4. What can I do if my device has no sound? If you are not getting any sound from your P30 Amp, make sure you have checked the following things:
corresponds to the output of the P30 WiFi Amp.
l Audio Output Selection: Confirm that the correct audio output is selected in the APP Home app.
l Physical Connections: Verify that all physical connections between the P30 WiFi Amp and router.
l Volume Levels: Ensure that the volume is turned up both in the app and on your external device (e.g., AV receiver) connected to the P30 Amp.
l Input Source: Make sure the correct input source is selected on your receiver or device that your receiver or device are plugged in correctly and securely
5. How can i reset my device?
Please press and hold down the WPS button on the back of the device for 8 seconds until you hear the voice prompt saying "Restoring to factory settings", and check if the
screen switches to the WiFi state. Resetting will clear all source settings, volume settings, and network settings on the P30 amplifier, and restore it to its original factory settings.
6. What can I do if my device cannot power on normally?
l Check the device's switch status and ensure it is turned on.
l Ensure the original power cable is used.
7. All cables are connected, but there is no sound output?
l Check if the indicator light and display screen are on. If not, turn on the power switch or button. If the indicator light still does not turn on after switching on, try connecting it to another laptop to test whether the issue is a hardware malfunction with the machine or a power outage.
l If the indicator light & display screen are on, check if the volume knob is set to the minimum position. If so, turn it clockwise to a normal volume level.
l If the above two checks are normal, verify if the input device is in a paused, muted, or volume-low state.
8. Why is the sound distorted?
If the output power exceeds the normal output power of the amplifier, noticeable distortion can occur. You can try lowering the volume on the pre-amplifier or the power amplifier.
9. Why is there interference noise after connecting the signal cable, even when no music is playing?
If you are using unshielded signal cables, interference can be picked up and input into the power amplifier. If you find this noise unpleasant, please use shielded signal cables or disconnect the signal cables.
10. Why does the amplifier stop working after a while? After some time, it automatically resumes working.
In this situation, the amplifier's overheat protection may have been activated, likely because the output power exceeded the rated power. You can try lowering the volume and testing again.
11. Why does the sound level vary between different audio sources (e.g., CD player and mobile phone) even when the amplifier's main volume remains unchanged?
Different types of audio source devices have varying output ranges. A typical voltage for mobile phones might be 0.35mV, while a CD player might output 1V. The signal output amplitude of the audio source directly affects the volume level.
12. Why doesn't the amplifier sound very good initially? The high frequencies are unclear, but after 8 hours of use, the sound becomes normal?
Speakers and amplifiers are both precision devices that require a period of break-in to adapt to each other. After 8 hours of use, the sound will become good. A new amplifier and new speakers require more than 10 hours of break-in time.
